EÓLICA
SEG Ingeniería, which is currently the largest independent developer of wind energy in the country, continues working on projects, both for foreign and local investors, across Latin America.
Our company participates in every phase of the project, from site location, selection of adequate technology, analysis of available tax benefits for enewable energy generation, overseeing the installation and controlling specifications and warranties both for the units and the maintenance services.
SOLAR
We have vast experience in developing facilities for harnessing solar energy, both for water heating (thermal) and electricity generation (photovoltaic).
This line of work includes projects of different sizes, ranging from small installations in sports clubs, large stores, service stations, factories, etc. to large scale solar farms.
In these projects, our company is in charge of the entire development project, from the initial site to selecting the ideal technology, analyzing the different tax benefits available for generation from renewable sources, overseeing the installation and controlling the specifications and warranties, both for the units and the maintenance services.
BIOMASA
We develop biomass energy generation and cogeneration projects, usually using forestry waste and other biomass sources.
PCH
This form of renewable energy generation harnesses streams using a small hydropower turbine.
There are several sites in Uruguay suitable for this kind of generation, with relatively small powers. We construct full small hydro projects
